Cross Country Summer School of Conditioning is the only running camp in Oregon dedicated to supplementary training for distance runners. Campers will spend 4 mornings learning drills, exercises and routines specific to muscular strength, core development and flexibility for distance running. All activities will be performed using basic equipment found at sporting goods stores or available in many high school track programs.
Each athlete will receive individual instruction, a camp t-shirt, and a DVD of all exercises and routines to review at home and with teammates during the season. Inspirational presentations from professional distance runners will be a highlight of the camp.
